Jen & Gio's B-Day

Even bitter cold and a sharp snowstorm didn't stop the birthday cake from arriving around 9:00pm Tuesday night at Ba Ba Lúu.

Winter doldrums were swept away in a wave of vintage Cuban music.

Jennifer & Giovanni shared their birthday celebration with everyone who came out. A tastefully decorated white cake with fresh strawberries brought back images of mid summer warmth.

And, a large group was turning and spinning to Jennifer & Giovanni's latest pattern.

There is no limit to salseras' determination as one group came in from as far as Guelph. While they may have missed the lesson, they were still dancing up a storm of their own when we left.

Lightening struck DJ Julio in an interesting way over the past week. He won an all expenses paid week-ender to Fresno, California. If he survives, he may tell the tale.
