Toronto keyboardist and now composer MySpace - Glenda Del Monte launched her first CD with her orchestra Q Ban Mixology Thursday 23 September at Mod Club.
A true family affair, the concert featured three generations of Glenda's family - both grandfathers with on vocals and the other on trumpet, her father working the drum kit and her mother on vocals.

Q-ban Mixology” evolved from Glenda’s trademark, positive and inspiring lyrics and melodies for all ages, pop-soul hooks and funk-jazz influenced arrangements defy generally held notions of what Cuban music is and defines her truly unique, genuine and her real sound.
Glenda's music reflects what she is: A strong academic trained musician transcending frontiers and a role model for future generations. Influences include classical piano to Cuban folklore to hip-hop, R&B and jazz.
