Sat. 14 Jan. TSP Is 5 Years Old!

Trinity - St. Paul's on Bloor @ Spadina was packed to the rafters - literally - as Toronto Salsa Practice celebrated five years of Saturday afternoon Salsa.

From four to six people renting space to practice the salsa they learned without getting involved in the club scene, to the hundreds of dancers of all levels turning up to celebrate, TSP has become the place for a no frills, 100% no hassle, 100% pure salsa destination. And at $2.50 per session, even the most modest salsa dancer can afford a weekly fix without breaking the bank.

Five years hosting any salsa event is almost unheard of. Congratulations must go to TSP for becoming a Toronto salsa institution.

Many of the people turning out Saturday afternoon were at Acrobat Friday night, and were seen later Saturday evening at Ba Ba Luu and at El Rancho. People looking for a place to practice salsa at a convenient location close to parking, downtown and the subway, look no further.

Trinity-St.Paul's is the music - dance - cultural - community centre right in downtown Toronto. In addition to the Saturday's Toronto Salsa Practice, there are Salsa and Casino Rueda lessons on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays. Tango classes can be had on Friday evenings, along with Ballet and Ballet Jazz classes Monday to Saturday.

Drop by 427 Bloor Street West to pick up their latest brochures.
