Albert Torres' 2nd World Latin Dance Cup Canadian Qualifier settled in Toronto's elegant Capitol Events Theatre Sunday 13 November 2011.
Latin Energy's Vanesa Stay hosted the first Con Clave - Toronto World Latin Dance Cup Canadian Qualifier.
Preliminary results: First place with 942.81 Montreal's Evens & Monica; Second Place with 855.8 Toronto's Briia & Kevin; Third Place with 712
Montreal's Francisco & Paulina and Toronto's Ray & Jen won a buy into the World Latin Cup Semi-Finals with Ray & Jen winning air transport.
Montreal's Samantha & Adriano won a buy into the World Latin Cup Semi Finals On2 Division. Evens & Monica also won a trip to Cuba and air transport to Las Vegas and the World Latin Cup.

While the judges were tallying numbers, the audience was treated to a dance show with genres ranging from Contemporary, to Ballroom Cha Cha Cha; Tango Nuevo; Salsa; Salsa-Bachata; Urban and Theatre Arts.
Performers included: The Latin Energy Student Team with a number choreographed and practices over an eight week period; So You Think You Can Dance Canada's Melissa Mitro with contemporary solo and contemporary with partner;
Manuel Dos Santos with Kizomba and a Salsa Solo; Vanesa & Sasha with a Tango; Briia and Kevin with Salsa and Ballroom Cha Cha Cha;
Victor & Katia with and acrobatic Latin Hustle and Salsa;
Latin Groove Production's Team;
Carlos & Dora, fresh from winning their division in Montreal in Theatre Arts.
Evens & Monica performing Salsa;
SYTYCD-Canada Season Two competitor Amanda with contemporary.
Salsotika and Ricky Franco played two sets. DJ Gary and DJ Giovanni played the recorded music.
Judges included Montreal's Victor & Katia - former World Salsa Champions; Toronto's Latin Groove Productions' Oscar; Toronto's Clifton Stennett; Toronto's iFreeStyle.ca's Caryl.
